you live in India and happen to favor Lava mobile creations over any other name, then you should be extra happy: the company will come on the market with a smartphone called Xolo Q800. Its specifications, features and images have all been leaked for you to find out.
The decision to offer a new model has been taken so that the manufacturer can rival MicroMax’s Canvas HD A116. The latter is already very popular in India, with sales sky-rocketing since its launch.
The leak that has filled the Internet these past few days speaks of Xolo Q800 as being a device with the following specs: a 4.5″ capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean as operating system, 4 GB of internal storage (if you want much more than that, you can use a microSD card which will expand the initial amount to 32 GB), 1 GB of RAM and a 1.2 GHz quad-core CPU.
Also, this model is rumored to be Dual SIM; with it you will seemingly be offered dual mode standby. Other very important specifications include Bluetooth, USB / NIC and GPS for Internet connectivity. Ports include one 3.5 mm jack, one miniHDMI port and 2 USB ports. If you plan on taking a lot of pics, the phone will ship with an 2-megapixel cam on its front (complete with digital zoom when the phone is used for video calling) and an 8-megapixel camera on the back (sporting a much-needed LED flash).
The price of the Xolo Q800 made by Lava mobiles has also been leaked. According to a report, the handset is going to have a price between Rs 12,000 – Rs 13,500. The places where this model will land first this month are as follows: Homeshop18, flipkart, saholic, snapdeal and many more that will be announced soon. And you can already pre-order your very own Xolo Q800 from any of these sites. The cities that will feature this phone in their stores are these: Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Pune, Cochin, Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad.
So, if you live in any of the cities above, you should start placing a pre-order for the Xolo Q800 as soon as you can.
