Samsung is really relentless these days: the manufacturer seems to be ready to announce their Galaxy Ace 3 very soon!
The Galaxy Ace 3 is going to be unveiled by its manufacturer on June 20 during a special event organized in London. This new addition to the Samsung line-up comes after the company recently announced Galaxy
S4 Zoom and Galaxy Mega smartphones.
The very first photos of the new device were leaked this past Friday by Trung Ngoc. This phone is set to arrive with not one, but two versions: one is a duo SIM one, the other is without this asset. The former is called GT-S7272 and the latter is labelled GT-S7270.
The leaked pics show this: the body of the phone is quite similar to the design of the manufacturer’s previous models from the Galaxy series (in particular S3 and S4). The photos that leaked a couple of days ago show a quite impressive list of specifications for the Galaxy Ace 3.
The new smartphone has a 4-inch TFT touchscreen, a resolution packing an amount of 480 x 800 pixels, 4 GB of internal storage, a 1 GHz dual-core processor, up to 32 GB of space with an external memory card connector and 1 GB of RAM. Now let’s see what specs, in terms of photography use, we will get to see on this smartphone: a camera with 5 megapixels on the back and a VGA camera on the front. The battery is a 1,500 mAh unit.
Connectivity matters are solved by the following options: HSUPA (with 5.76 Mbps), A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and HSDPA with 14.4 Mbps. The operating system of the Galaxy Ace 3 will be either Android 4.1 or Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and the user interface will be TouchWiz Nature UX. The camera on the rear, we should add, ships with LED Flash.
The smartphone’s body has these measurements: 121.2 x 62.7 x 9.79 mm. The weight remains a mystery, though, but we’ll hear about it on June 20. The colors that this handset will be available in are Pure White, Wine Red and Metallic Black.
According to rumors, the price of the Galaxy Ace 3 courtesy of Samsung may very well be $300 or over. The price tag of the previous Ace 2 S7270 is much lower than that. So be prepared to have that amount on you if you decide you want the latest Samsung handset. If this model is announced in 11 days’ time, then we could be seeing it in stores next month. Let’s see what happens next.
